These are handcrafted products, so the gaps between the panels aren't perfectly uniform. I initially had some concerns about this, but the excellent and very prompt customer service resolved them. Once installed, these variations are barely noticeable.
Initial problems with delivery but good customer service sorted it out and second attempt at delivery was achieved quickly with Fed ex. This is an excellent simple but efficient design for storing toilet rolls where space may be a bit tight. This is the case in our newly created downstairs shower room. I like the way some people have set it at an angle and chose to do that . It still holds plenty of loo rolls. No one has seen it yet but I'm sure there will be positive and interested remarks. The fixing was fairly easy. One **** was a little loose remedied with a bit of masking tape wrapped around it. Love the way it looks.
After initial problem with delivery of this product Fed ex delivered it promptly. We are very pleased with this product, I could not find anything similar anywhere else. It fits in perfectly and the oak veneer matches nicely with my new door. I find I can store 4 tightly rolled hand towels on this which is plenty for our downstairs shower room. Fixing was a bit fidly but persistence paid off. Sometimes you have to make adjustments for many items ordered online as no two walls will be the same and so the standard supplied fixing may not be appropriate. I like the 'can do ' attitude. For every problem there is a solution if you think it through.
The wooden wall mounted towel hangers with shelf look great in my Northwoods bathroom. The wood work quality was beautiful .
Unfortunately, my package got lost, but they immediately took care of it so it would arrive on time. The bus is incredibly well-made, I'm absolutely thrilled! 😊

This is so beautiful and my almost 2 daughter loves it. Our bathroom counters are on the very high side so it will be a little while before she can use it to reach the sink but I have no regrets. It is a lovely piece.
