The item was shipped quickly and was well packed. The shelves were easy to mount onto the walls, and my cats quickly started to try them out. They use them all the time now, to climb up to high places and to look out the window. Really happy with them -they look good and the grip is good for the cats.

L'échange est aisé et les réponses rapides. le produit est conforme à la description et très beau. in s'insère très bien à la décoration. malgré un problème de livraison, le fournisseur a pris toutes les dispositions nécessaires pour rectifier le tir (le problème était dû non à l'expéditeur mais au service del ivraison) sans aucun surcout pour le client. le vendeur s'applique à mettre de la qualité dans sa production et dans son service. je recommande vraiment.

Gorgeous piece, sturdy, the burnt wood looks great. Just be careful not to scratch it with nails or other sharp objects, as it peels off a bit and gets under your nails.
