The Toy Box Bus is a fun and functional storage unit for kids. Follow these step-by-step instructions to assemble it safely and securely.

Step 1: Attach the Base to the First Side Panel

  1. Place the base panel flat on the floor.

  2. Insert it into the slot of one side panel of the toy storage box.

  3. Secure with screws and tighten until the toy box bus frame feels stable.

Step 2: Attach the Other Side Panel

  1. Position the second side panel on the opposite side of the base.

  2. Insert screws into the pre-drilled holes.

  3. Tighten the screws to connect the two sides with the base, creating the structure of the childrenā€™s toy organizer.

Step 3: Add the Front and Back Panels

  1. Align the front panel with the assembled base and sides.

  2. Insert screws into the pre-drilled holes and secure tightly.

  3. Repeat the same process with the back panel to complete the body of the toy bus storage box.

Step 4: Attach the Wheels

  1. Position each wheel at the marked slots on the bottom of the toy box.

  2. Secure each wheel with screws and tighten evenly.

  3. Once complete, the toy box with wheels should roll smoothly.

Final Checks

  • Confirm that all screws are fully tightened.

  • Test the wheels to ensure smooth movement of the kids toy storage unit.

  • Wipe down the surfaces before loading toys.
