I ordered this as a Christmas gift and based on the notifications on shipping (which was unusual, as it said it shipped with no updates for weeks), I was worried about it getting here on time. I contacted the seller and was assured it would arrive before Christmas and it did! Not only did it arrive on time, but it is freaking awesome! My two year old absolutely loves it and I love the diversity of it. Highly recommend.
We bought this item as an add on to the swing set. The slide is well made and hooks on to the triangle without any issues. Initially the colour we wanted was out of stock; the seller kept us updated throughout the process.
When we bought the swing set there were four small pieces that were not finished smoothly enough for a toddler. We contacted the seller they replied promptly and shipped out replacement pieces which were with us in 5 days. The piece feels sturdy and well made, and buying the set is good value compared to other offerings out there. The triangle locks out with a metal cog which makes it feel very secure, but takes a little time to get used to and means it is better for a set that stays up permanently.
100% would recommend. The seller was wonderful to deal with. Very quick to respond and shipping was quick.
