Expedited shipping time takes 1-5 business days, depending on the region.
If we haven’t received your phone number in 3 days after the order has been placed, we will make a refund for shipping costs and we will send it by regular mail.
We accept returns 30 days after delivery.
If the product arrives with damage, incomplete, or with some incompliance please contact us and we will gladly offer a solution in this situation!
If the product isn’t damaged and everything is correct the return cost must be paid by the customer. We can offer our shipping service to get a better price in Europe only.
How much weight can the Metal towel rack hold?

Is mounting hardware included?
Yes - screws, wall plugs and a drilling template with instructions are in the box. Most customers report installation takes around 10 minutes.

Each Metal towel rack is handmade in our workshop in Cesis, Latvia, from high-quality veneered birch plywood - a strong, stable material that resists warping - finished with eco-friendly, non-toxic oils and paints. The exact finish and colour of each variant is shown in the product options above.
Can I mount it in the bathroom - will humidity damage it?
No - the wood is sealed with a moisture-resistant finish, so it is perfectly suited to bathrooms and entryways alike.
Can I mount it on drywall or tile?
Yes - the included anchors work in drywall, brick and concrete; for tiles use a tile drill bit. Message us if you are unsure about your wall.
How long does shipping take?
Standard worldwide shipping is free. Every piece is made to order, so production normally takes 3-5 business days - the estimated delivery dates are shown next to the price above.
Can I return it if it does not fit my interior?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging - see the Shipping and returns tab above for details.
Can I order a custom size, wood tone or a personalised version?
