What was particularly exceptional was the customer service. In my excitement of seeing the item, I instantly bought it, only to then realise it was too long for the space I had available. Upon contacting them, I couldn’t have been happier with the kindness of the reply from Amelia (customer care manager). Most excitingly (for me), was that they were able to hand make me a shorter version. Happy days!
