One continuous curve lifts into a shelf, drops into a wave, and holds your everyday pairs while looking like a sculpture doing it. As an entryway shoe rack it sits low - 29.5 cm - so it slips under a console, a window or a radiator, and as a 2 tier shoe rack it keeps shoes off the floor without stacking them into a tower. In a hallway it works as a shoe organizer you don't have to hide.
Made by hand in our workshop in Latvia. This is a birch plywood shoe rack in the proper sense: the panel is bent from Baltic birch plywood, then finished with a real wood veneer - walnut, oak, ash, cherry or wenge - so you see two things at once, the fine layered edge of the plywood and the warm grain of the veneer across the face. No particle board, no printed woodgrain - and, honestly, no solid timber either. It's real veneer over birch, which is exactly why the curve holds its shape.
A curved shoe rack is harder to make than a box, and in a mid century modern or organic modern room the construction is the ornament.

As a small shoe rack it works as an entryway organizer beside a front door, next to an entryway bench, or as a small shoe shelf at the end of a bed. Some people use it as a shoe display stand for one favourite pair; others keep folded towels on this curved shoe shelf in the bathroom. It suits Scandinavian, Japandi, warm minimalist and organic modern interiors - anywhere wooden shoe storage needs to look deliberate rather than practical.
As of August 2025, the US government is removing the de minimis exemption. This means that all imported goods — including orders from our shop in Latvia (EU) — are now subject to customs processing and import duties, regardless of the order value.
